Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- A degree in engineering with a specialization in mechanical engineering, general engineering, or an equivalent university degree.
- Several years of experience in engineering or as a project manager or head of an equipment engineering team, with significant knowledge of equipment such as crushers, mills, filters, conveyors, dryers, separators, and evaporators.

Osino is seeking an Operational Readiness (OR) Manager who will be responsible for updating and securing approval for the Operational Readiness Plan for the Twin Hills project. The role involves closely coordinating with the current OR consultants and ensuring effective collaboration between Twin Hills operational and project departmental managers. The OR Manager will also work in parallel with the Owner’s Project Team (OPT) to successfully deliver the Twin Hills project and seamlessly transition the mine and plant to the Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Update and approve the current OR plan, to achieve the desired project outcomes within the target dates.

- A good first degree in engineering/economics/finance from a recognised university
- Relevant advanced degree e.g. Master’s Degree in Business Administration, electrical engineering, Finance, or a related field of study from a top ranked university
- Relevant certifications related to finance will be an added advantage Experience
- 5 to 8 years relevant professional experience working as an investment professional or financial advisor in corporate or project finance – previous experience working in either of Investment Banking, Big 4 Financial Advisory, private equity or credit fund, a Development Finance Institution or an infrastructure project developer a must.
- Proficient in transaction modelling and understanding of transaction structures.
- Excellent client origination and management skills.
- Previous experience in the Power sector will be an added advantage.
