Our client is seeking an experienced individual to run their dealership in East Africa.
CA Mining is proactively searching for top talent for our clients and we are currently recruiting for a General Manager: Heavy Commercial Vehicle Dealerships in East Africa. Please review the job description and requirements below for your suitability for the role.
– Oversee all aspects of running the company including the following:
- sales and marketing
- after sales
- new contracts
– Managing and leading the teams to ensure all tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently
– Recruitment and training of staff members
– Forecasting demand
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
– Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or Engineering essential
– 10 years’ experience in a similar environment of which at least 5 years must be at management level
– 5 years’ experience in an automotive, logistics or transport environment in East Africa
– Experience in sourcing and vendor management
– Swahili skills preferred
– Computer literate on MS Office with good report writing skills
– Permanent contract subject to work permit renewal
– Relocation at own expense will be required for candidates not located in the area
