What industry do you work in?
I work in the Mining and construction industry with mobile and static plant.
What are your strengths?
Understanding every aspect of the business from trainee engineer to a Plant director is one my strengths.
What inspired you to get into this sort of industry?
My inspiration was from a young age being fascinated by caterpillar plant equipment.
What is the most challenging aspect within your field of work?
I never class anything as a challenge in my industry my knowledge and determination will solve any issue put in front of me.
What has been the highlight of your career?
My highlight of my carrier was working at Mining Company in the UK as a plant engineer where I evolved into the plant Manager within 5 years and was required to overlook the complete operation at the age of 25.
If somebody starts as a trainee / beginner within your line of work, what could they earn in salary?
I am not 100% certain about apprentice salaries but my estimation would be £120.00 PW.
What advice can you offer people who are in the same industry as you?
If there are problems work as a team player and everyone feels there input was worthy.
If you had to describe yourself in FIVE WORDS, what would they be?

Where in Africa have you worked before?
I have worked in Sierra Leone.
As you know, numerous African countries are being invested in due to their rich minerals. Which country within Africa do you think will be the next hot spot and why?
Sierra Leone.

I believe in Africa because working in Sierra Leone opened my eyes to how people can be happy with nothing. Every country should have the same standards and we could learn a lot from the nationals if we listened.
