What industry do you work in and what exactly are your skills?
I have more than two decades of solid experience in all aspects of theory and practice of Rail industry. And my skills are Team Work Competency, Self-Management Competency, Communication and Organizational Skills, Training Train Drivers and Time Management.
What inspired you to get into this sort of industry?
I have love, passion for this job and am willing to grow and learn as many things as possible within this sector.
What qualifications and experience did you have to gain In order to establish yourself and therefore become a professional within your industry?
1. Train Assistant’s Diploma, 2. Train Driver’s Diploma, 3 Assessor Course, Skills Development Course. 4 Chief Shedman.
What is the most challenging aspect within your field of work?
To face new challenges every day, frequently people report late for duty yet the train must still run on time.
How do you manage and overcome these challenges?
I overcome challenges only through discipline and communication.
What has been the highlight of your career?
Implementing new ideas and 99% have worked.

Mr Nelson Mandela, in all of his speeches he can inspire you to work very hard if you want to have a better future.

I would say definitely to boost the economy of my country.
What is your outlook within your industry over the next 5 years?
To have created thousands of jobs for the community I work and live in, and to also build my career through gaining valuable experience.
As you know, numerous African countries are being invested in due to their rich minerals. Which country within Africa do you think will be the next hot spot and why?
My answer for this would be Nigeria because it is very rich in oil and several other commodities.
