What inspired you to get into this sort of industry?
I have training in Mining with great knowledge and experience in quarries and crushing plants. This motivated me to enter this area of work.

If somebody starts as a trainee / beginner within your line of work, what could they earn in salary?
For Mozambique, I believe that one can earn 2500 USD / per month with a possible performance bonus.
What can this person expect to earn after 10 years of experience?
I believe that 8000 USD / per month would be appropriate.
What advice can you offer people who are in the same industry as you?
Work hard, anticipate and overcome adversity, solve problems, meet goals. After all we live for results.

Where in Africa have you worked before?
Only in Mozambique but am open to work aborad.
As you know, numerous African countries are being invested in due to their rich minerals. Which country within Africa do you think will be the next hot spot and why?
In my opinion all the African countries have excellent reserves, however I believe that Mozambique and Angola will be the stronger countries, with the exception of S. Africa.
