The goal to learn and gain more knowledge and experience is what inspired me to get into this industry.
What is the most challenging aspect within your field of work?
The most challenging aspect is the human aspect.
How do you manage and overcome these challenges?
As a means to overcome such challenges I always take part in open communication and ensure follow ups.
What has been the highlight of your career?
The highlight of my career thus far has been the quick promotions on different mines I have been fortunate to achieve, as well as achieving set targets.
