I work in the mining industry.

What are your strengths?

Routine and shutdown planning, Pronto CMMS efficient

What inspired you to get into the mining industry and experienced in the routine and shutdown planning?

Challenges at work and the opportunity to meet other races of people and learn how to adapt to their culture.

What is the most challenging aspect within your field of work?

Adjusting and adapting to different culture of people that I get interaction with.

How do you manage and overcome these challenges?

I am flexible and easy to get along with. I can easily adapt to any kind of culture and even have the eagerness to learn the language.

What has been the highlight of your career?

To be part of commissioning stage of 3 foreign mining companies that I previously worked with, and was given the task to set-up plant maintenance structure in the maintenance management system.

If somebody starts as a trainee / beginner within your line of work, what could they earn in salary?

Roughly 2300 USD,

What can this person expect to earn after 10 years of experience?

Roughly 9,000 USD.

What advice can you offer people who are in the same industry as you?

Never stop learning. Every knowledge earned is a tool for a better opportunity in the future.
